MacDonald-Bedford LLC chooses Enriquez to lead GPMO – Forward Team in support of NAVFAC-Pacific

Noel Enriquez brings over 35 years of leadership experience to MacDonald-Bedford LLC

Alameda, California.  1 June 2019 – MacDonald-Bedford LLC (M-B), announces the appointment of Noel M. Enriquez to the position of Senior Program Manager in charge of the Guam Program Management Office – Forward (GPMO – F) in support of the $8B Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI) managed by NAVFAC Pacific.  In this position, Mr. Enriquez takes leadership of a team focused on providing interface for all DPRI stakeholders throughout the western Pacific and to assist NAVFAC to meet its performance objectives.

Mr. Enriquez has over 35 years of international experience as a Naval Officer, leader of technical teams and builder of communities.  He has served as a commanding officer as well as in a myriad of essential supporting disciplines that have schooled him in the cardinal rules of interdisciplinary operations.  Mr. Enriquez especially is recognized for his ability to develop strategies that create mutual attainment of objectives and that cultivate enduring good-will among all parties.  He has managed businesses through every aspect of planning, organizing, resourcing, directing, and controlling.

Mr. Enriquez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.  He is a retired Captain in the U.S. Navy, a two-term past president of the Guam Post of the Society of American Military Engineers and is active within multiple philanthropic organizations.
