NAVFAC Awards Construction Management Services Contract to Mentor Protégé MacDonald-Bedford | MBP Joint Venture

Alameda, California, 10 October 2018 – The MacDonald-Bedford | MBP Joint Venture is pleased to announce that the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific has selected the MacDonald Bedford | MBP Joint Venture for a $98 million five-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide construction management services.

This work primarily will focus in the NAVFAC Marianas region of operation in support of the Guam Defense Policy Review Initiative Program, on Guam and its outer islands such as Pagan, Tinian, Palau, and Chuuk as well as on Oahu in Hawaii and in Darwin, Australia.  Projects assigned will vary in type and magnitude including structures and related work such as office and shop buildings, airfield expansions, utility installation, wharf repairs, and industrial facilities.
