Naval Base Guam Telecommunications Site Development
This project added approximately 75 acres of development including utilities, site improvement, and the construction of a cantonment area at Naval Base Guam Telecommunications Site (NBGTS) on the north part of island of Guam.
Andersen Air Force Base, Support of the Defense Program Review Initiative (DPRI)
This combined effort (P-250 +P-260) involved the construction of two facilities at Andersen Air Force Base on Guam. Together, these projects supported the Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI).
Branch Health Clinic Apra Harbor, U.S. Naval Base Guam
The new, single level outpatient medical clinic replaced the two former medical and dental facilities on U.S. Naval Base Guam with a new “all-in-one” facility offering expanded dental, primary care, physical therapy, optometry, and other medical services to residents on the base in the Apra Harbor neighborhood.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Marine Corps Base, Camp Blaz Guam
As Managing Partner of the M-B | MBP Joint Venture (JV), and assisted by notable A/E firms, M-B is providing CM in the NAVFAC Pacific Area of Responsibility; primarily in the NAVFAC Marianas Region of Operation in support of the Pacific Deterrence Initiative and the Defense Policy Review Initiative Program which is focused on the establishment of multi-national, joint service facilities throughout Ino-PACOM to include the establishment of the first Marine Corps Base since 1952, Camp Blaz, Guam.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Pacific, Guam Program Management Services-Forward (GPMO-F), Guam
As the managing partner of the MacDonald-Bedford | MBP JV and holding a $98M, five-year IDIQ for Post Construction Award Services, MacDonald-Bedford stood up in Guam, a Forward Office on behalf of NAVFAC Pacific’s Guam Program Management Office in order to facilitate construction management services in the creation of Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB) , the first since 1952.
Skaggs Urban Training Complex, Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB), Guam
The SKAGGS Urban Combat Training Complex, named after Medal of Honor recipient U.S Marine Corps Cpl. Luther Skaggs, Jr., will provide realistic training scenarios on Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB), the first new base in 70 years.
