Angaur Communications Center, Angaur, Palau – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Marianas
Angaur is a small island with a population of 120 residents that lies at the south end of the nation of Palau which is midway between the Marianas Islands and Papau New Guinea.
Moynihan Train Hall Space Fit-out Design, New York State Empire Development Corporation
MacDonald-Bedford (M-B), in support of AECOM, provided a comprehensive design review for the Moynihan Train Hall (MTH) Space Fit-out Design.
National Purple Heart Hall of Honor (PHHH), New York State Department of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation
MacDonald-Bedford (M-B) was a sub-consultant to ikon5 Architects which was contracted to progress schematic design into final design and contract documents for a $17M expansion and improvements to the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor and site including exhibit expansion.
Naval Base Guam Telecommunications Site Development
This project added approximately 75 acres of development including utilities, site improvement, and the construction of a cantonment area at Naval Base Guam Telecommunications Site (NBGTS) on the north part of island of Guam.
Naval Support Facility Diego Garcia Public Works Support- ICS – SCADA
This task order supported the operational objectives of the Diego Garcia Public Works Department. Diego Garcia is an island In the Indian Ocean and is a key location for U.S. military efforts. MacDonald-Bedford provided an Industrial Control System (ICS)/Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) professional.
Marine Corps Air Station. Iwakuni, Japan - Construction Oversight Engineering
This project satisfied the operational objectives of the Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division (FEAD) Director and Resident Officer(s) in Charge of Construction (ROICC) located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Headquarters in Iwakuni, Japan.
Royal Australian Air Force Base (RAAF) Tindal Jet Fuel Storage Tanks, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, ROICC Darwin
RAAF Base Tindal is one of Australia’s premier defense sites and became an operational Air Force Base in 1984. The base hosts aircraft exercises featuring international visitors annually.
Andersen Air Force Base, Support of the Defense Program Review Initiative (DPRI)
This combined effort (P-250 +P-260) involved the construction of two facilities at Andersen Air Force Base on Guam. Together, these projects supported the Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI).
Tinian Divert Airfield, Commonwealth of Northern Marianas, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), OICC MCM ROICC Remote
On the north side of the island of Tinian, the U.S. Air Force constructed a new airfield in two phases. Phase one entailed the construction of a new aircraft taxiway and parking for the divert airfield facility which serves as an emergency alternative landing site.
Branch Health Clinic Apra Harbor, U.S. Naval Base Guam
The new, single level outpatient medical clinic replaced the two former medical and dental facilities on U.S. Naval Base Guam with a new “all-in-one” facility offering expanded dental, primary care, physical therapy, optometry, and other medical services to residents on the base in the Apra Harbor neighborhood.
Pacific Site Coordination, Joint Posture Management Office (JPMO), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFASC) Pacific
This project helped satisfy the objectives of the Joint Posture Management Office (JPMO) which works with the Government on the coordination and development of the Pacific Deterrence Initiative program.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Marine Corps Base, Camp Blaz Guam
As Managing Partner of the M-B | MBP Joint Venture (JV), and assisted by notable A/E firms, M-B is providing CM in the NAVFAC Pacific Area of Responsibility; primarily in the NAVFAC Marianas Region of Operation in support of the Pacific Deterrence Initiative and the Defense Policy Review Initiative Program which is focused on the establishment of multi-national, joint service facilities throughout Ino-PACOM to include the establishment of the first Marine Corps Base since 1952, Camp Blaz, Guam.

MacDonald-Bedford (M-B) provided engineering consulting services for the Combat Pistol/Military Police Firearms Qualification Course (CP/MPFQC), Camp James A. Garfield, Ravenna, Ohio.
Federal Emergency Management Agency, Project Controls
STARR II is the Strategic Alliance for Risk Reduction’s joint venture including the firms, Atkins, Stantec and Dewberry.
Florida Air National Guard, Engineering & Construction Management Support
M-B provided support to the 125th Fighter Wing's Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) led by the Base Civil Engineer (BCE) by providing engineering and construction management service to the Florida Air National Guard (FANG) statewide.
U.S. Coast Guard Sector 7 Civil Engineering Unit, Construction Inspection Services (SC & GA)
MacDonald-Bedford provided Cost Engineer consulting services and Project Controls on the Federal Transit Administration’s Program Management Oversight contract for the East Side Program ($10.9B) of the MTACC, on behalf of the prime consultant, Urban Engineers.
Moffett Field Pararescue Training Facility, California
The 129th Rescue Wing (RQW) required an adequately sized and properly configured and sited pararescue training facility complex in direct support of the unit’s 4 PAA HC-130 and 6 PAA HH-60 aircraft and its rescue mission.
Joint Forces Headquarters Readiness Center & Solar Project, Alabama
MacDonald-Bedford (M-B) provided support for construction projects to the Joint Forces Headquarters Readiness Center under a $40M contract to provide architectural, engineering, and construction management services to the Alabama Army National Guard (AL ANG).
