Naval Base Guam Telecommunications Site Development
This project added approximately 75 acres of development including utilities, site improvement, and the construction of a cantonment area at Naval Base Guam Telecommunications Site (NBGTS) on the north part of island of Guam.

This project satisfied the operational objectives of the Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division (FEAD) Director and Resident Officer(s) in Charge of Construction (ROICC) located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Headquarters in Iwakuni, Japan.
Royal Australian Air Force Base (RAAF) Tindal Jet Fuel Storage Tanks, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, ROICC Darwin
RAAF Base Tindal is one of Australia’s premier defense sites and became an operational Air Force Base in 1984. The base hosts aircraft exercises featuring international visitors annually.
Pacific Site Coordination, Joint Posture Management Office (JPMO), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFASC) Pacific
This project helped satisfy the objectives of the Joint Posture Management Office (JPMO) which works with the Government on the coordination and development of the Pacific Deterrence Initiative program.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Marine Corps Base, Camp Blaz Guam
As Managing Partner of the M-B | MBP Joint Venture (JV), and assisted by notable A/E firms, M-B is providing CM in the NAVFAC Pacific Area of Responsibility; primarily in the NAVFAC Marianas Region of Operation in support of the Pacific Deterrence Initiative and the Defense Policy Review Initiative Program which is focused on the establishment of multi-national, joint service facilities throughout Ino-PACOM to include the establishment of the first Marine Corps Base since 1952, Camp Blaz, Guam.
Florida Air National Guard, Engineering & Construction Management Support
M-B provided support to the 125th Fighter Wing's Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) led by the Base Civil Engineer (BCE) by providing engineering and construction management service to the Florida Air National Guard (FANG) statewide.
Moffett Field Pararescue Training Facility, California
The 129th Rescue Wing (RQW) required an adequately sized and properly configured and sited pararescue training facility complex in direct support of the unit’s 4 PAA HC-130 and 6 PAA HH-60 aircraft and its rescue mission.
Joint Forces Headquarters Readiness Center & Solar Project, Alabama
MacDonald-Bedford (M-B) provided support for construction projects to the Joint Forces Headquarters Readiness Center under a $40M contract to provide architectural, engineering, and construction management services to the Alabama Army National Guard (AL ANG).
Buckley Air Force Base Runway Repair, Colorado
MacDonald-Bedford (M-B) provided Quality Assurance Representative services on the extensive runway repair project supporting F-16 operations at Buckley AFB.
California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS), Toll Bridge Seismic Retrofit Program
M-B served as a subconsultant to CALTROP In the provision of project management, project scheduling, project coordination, program management and professional risk management services in support of the $6B Toll Bridge Seismic Retrofit Program (TBSRP) and the Regional Measure 1 Program (RM-1).
